Tristan is the founder and lead injector at Elevate. She received her Bachelors in Health Science from University of Florida, and Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing (BSN/MSN) from University of Tampa. Tristan’s passion for aesthetics started while working as a RN for a local plastic surgeon, where she saw the profound improvement in confidence and mental health state cosmetic surgery and procedures had on patients. She instantly became passionate about helping people feel their best by looking their best.
When evaluating her patients’ aging and cosmetic concerns, she takes a holistic approach and considers their entire face in the picture. She aims to provide a natural elevated result that restores the youth and glow the patient once had. By assessing and treating all areas of the face, versus just the one “problem” area, Tristan creates balance and a harmonized beautiful appearance that truly wows.
lindsay kenyon

Lindsay attended the University of Florida and later Chic Image Academy, where she gained her aesthetician license. Lindsay was inspired to pursue a career in aesthetics after struggling with her own skin issues that can come along with becoming a new mom. She loves helping people feel better about themselves, providing support and healing for anyone going through their own skin concerns. She believes there is something truly healing about the human touch, and what better way to be healed each month than to walk out with a glowing complexion?!
Whether a client has specific skin issues or simply wants to maintain a glow, Lindsay believes that every complexion can benefit from monthly maintenance. Lindsay approaches each client differently with the mindset that there is truly no “one size fits all” or even “one size fits most.” She starts each facial with a client consultation to really get to know their skin and their concerns. From that point, she maps out a plan. Whether it’s monthly signature facials, peels, microneedling, Hydrafacials, extractions, or acne boot camp — she figures out a plan that is usually a mix of many of the different modalities in order to achieve the best results!

Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida and continued her education at South University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing. She has over 10 years of clinical experience as an ICU nurse and APRN in Interventional Cardiology and Vascular. She later pursued a career in aesthetic medicine, with many years of training and experience in injecting neuromodulators and dermal fillers, fat reduction modalities including Kybella, skin resurfacing with Sciton lasers, skin tightening with ultrasound technology, and laser hair removal.
Erin has always had a passion for making people look and feel their best. She has an impeccable eye for balancing facial and body proportions, working with her patients to find a total aesthetic care plan that will help enhance one’s natural beauty, with the goal to preserve your youthfulness and age gracefully.

Alyssa Patel, PA-C received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University. Her lifelong passion for skincare and natural interest in aesthetic trends led her to her career as an injector and laser specialist. Alyssa approaches every client interaction with a collaborative mindset, paying careful attention to what her client is searching for and how they feel – with the goal to help them reach their goals and feel more confident.
A true people person, Alyssa’s favorite part of her job is the relationships with her clients – hearing their stories and leading them on their aesthetic journey. If she had to choose, neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport) is her favorite treatment due to its preventative and corrective treatment for fine lines, wrinkles, and skin texture.

Julia received both a Bachelor of Science as well as a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Tampa. With 5+ years of experience, she is known for her meticulous technique, compassion and outstanding patient care.
In addition to her years of hands-on experience, Julia has completed extensive training on injectables including neurotoxin, dermal fillers, laser treatments and preventative skincare.
Staying current with new trends, technology, education and research, she enjoys working with patients to find a balanced, natural approach to the aging process.

Lauren worked as a Medical Assistant for 9 years in Dermatology and multiple other specialties. While working in Cosmetic Dermatology, she loved learning the science/aesthetic side of skin and decided to pursue aesthetics, graduating from Beauty and Health Institute in Tampa as a Medical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist. In 2021, she was awarded a full scholarship from HydraFacial to become a Certified HydraFacial Master (1 of the first 150 in the world)! She has been practicing in the aesthetic industry for 5+ years and specializes in HydraFacial, Lasers, SkinPen Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and Skincare.
With her clients, Lauren’s goal is to provide exceptional personalized experiences with a results driven approach. She dives into all aspects of skincare (lifestyle, diet, etc…), often using a combination of treatments to achieve results. She wants her clients to feel educated, loved, and confident knowing they will work together to achieve the best skin of their life!

Ranya Tarhini is a highly skilled medical esthetician and the only Certified Hydrafacial Master in Plant City! Her interest in skincare and aesthetics began while working at a dermatology office, where she saw that there was an alternative to just taking medication to achieve results. Instead, a client could come in for monthly care and achieve great results with a relaxing yet effective treatment in the office, as well as take home products to maintain healthy, glowing skin.
She describes her approach as results-driven, pampering clients with a calming and luxurious treatment while also focusing on correction of their skin. Her client relationships are extremely valuable to her, educating about treatments and at home skincare so together desired results are achieved!
As a Certified Master, it’s no surprise that her favorite treatment is the Hydrafacial. She strongly believes in adding boosters to a Hydrafacial treatment because they are packed with active ingredients that target and treat the client’s specific concern. While Hydrafacial is her true love, she is also highly skilled in microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and lasers.

Alana is a certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of aesthetic experience, now serving Plant City. She specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery since her graduation from Weill Cornell Graduate School with a Master of Science in Health Sciences for Physician Assistants in 2013. She also received her Bachelor & Master of Science degrees from Florida State University in Food and Nutrition Sciences.

Alana’s previous work in surgery gives her a strong understanding of facial anatomy, which she brings to treating her cosmetic patients. She is trained in facial aesthetics and specializes in neuromodulators, dermal facial fillers, Sculptra, laser treatments, and individualized skin care regimens. She spends ample time with her patients to make sure they feel informed of their options, know the risks/benefits, understand their proposed plan of care, and strives for the procedure to be as comfortable as possible.

After working solo, Chelsea decided to seek out a more collaborative, team atmosphere with a full range of services available to her clientele and found Elevate as her new home, now working in both South Tampa and Plant City.
Her approach is highly results-driven, while still providing a pampering, relaxing experience for her clients. She loves building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them feel more confident in their skin.

She is a beloved injector in the Plant City and Tampa community, known for her passion for educating clients and keen eye for detail.

Jessica loves the instant gratification of placing filler in just the right places to create a beautiful result, then handing a client a mirror for the “reveal” and seeing their face light with joy. She treats every client in her chair as if they were her own family, striving to make every client feel relaxed and comfortable through their whole appointment. With her background nursing and teaching, Jessica ensures she takes the time to educate all her clients, believing the more her clients know, the better outcomes achieved.
